DELIVERY OPTIONS

Pick-Up: Orders are available for pickup by appointment only at our location in Kirkland. A period of 48 hours is required for all orders. Pick-up will be at 16889 Hymus Blvd. in Kirkland, Quebec. Please call us at 514 919-3130.

Local Delivery is available in the Montreal area: Orders are delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday. Should you require a specific time for your delivery, you can specify it at check-out. Additional charges may apply.

Note: Specific times cannot be guaranteed for orders placed online. If you require a specific delivery time, call us at 514 919-3130.

Online Shipping: Our products are shipped anywhere in Canada. To ensure freshness, we only ship products on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for orders received before 2:00 p.m (EST). For orders that are placed outside of these deadlines or on holidays, the orders will be shipped on the next available shipping date (unless a specific future date is specified). Products are shipped through Canada Post and are priced by distance and weight.

For online shipping requests, we provide a Canada Post tracking number so you can track the status of the package. Please contact Canada Post directly for any problems with delivery.

DELIVERY POLICY

We do not Guarantee or Refund in the following situations: Packages that are damaged or delayed because of the recipient not being home or conditions beyond our control which include but are not limited to weather, traffic delays and inaccurate shipping information. Please ensure that the delivery information you have provided is correct before check-out.

Residential Addresses: You must provide a phone number for the recipient. If a resident is not home or if the package is refused, there will be an added delivery fee.

Packages left at Door or left with a Third Party (Neighbour or Doorman for example): If a request is made to leave your package at the door or with a third party, you accept all the risk and liability for your order. These risks may include (but are not limited to), damages due to poor weather conditions, theft or consumption. No refund or credit is available in such occurrences.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES

For order cancellations or changes, please call 514 919-3130. All orders must be cancelled 24 hours prior to shipping/delivery/pick-up date. No refunds or credits after that time period.
